An old ship yard that has seen better days, but provides wonderful motives and abstracts:

I could spend weeks just shooting this kind of stuff – as you can see, doors are a favorite:

It was love at first sight when I came here with my mom at 8 years old and Corfu became the destination of choice for countless vacations. After we bought a house when I was 18, it became my second home. My mom has been living here permanently since 1996.
How fun were the days of riding my motorcycle across the alps, to the ferry in Venice, and hanging out here for weeks on end! I become sentimental just thinking about Corfu and tear up when the plane approaches; too bad I now live so far away and can only make it here every two years. A big chunk of my heart belongs here. I love to listen to Greek music when I edit, it makes me happy!
It’s hard to shoot as much as I’d like traveling with my son, but now and then I get to pull out the camera…

Heather and Brian came to visit Memorial Day weekend, and we did follow-up family photos – what a difference to last year’s!

My friend Frank – a frequent guest at our house in Tahoe – and his girlfriend Anne, who I met for the first time. I hope to see them both in Tahoe soon! These were taken at a very old estate outside of Munich, which comprises a church and old farm. I would have liked to spend more time, but this was just a quick stop on the way to my great-aunt’s house.. never enough time when I’m in Munich!

My friends who I’m staying with (take a close look… next time I see them there’ll be one more!):

Mini-Superman is my little guy, of course.
