Childhood friends Alicia and Grant took the plunge last Sunday – if I have ever seen a couple truly in love, it’s these two! The said their I-do’s right by the beach at the North Tahoe Conference Center and celebrated at The Chateau in Incline Village. Everything at this intimate wedding was classy, from the stunning Maggie Sottero gown to the flowers by Christina with A Bud and Beyond, to the custom created cocktails.
Just beautiful!

Stephanie and Noaman came out to our beautiful lake for a vacation from Massachusetts and seized this opportunity to have engagement photos taken. We spend a couple of hours at Sand Harbor on a perfect bluebird morning – they were easy-going, adventurous and fun! I am sharing some moments:

Wow – it’s already been 3 weeks since I met the Klotter family at their Donner Lake cabin! They were all so nice I could have hung out with them all day. My favorite shots are the ones of the little boys, and the ones that happened on the sidelines; and as you can see, this family sure likes to have some fun!

Has Drayson grown or what? And those deep blue eyes are just amazing – only to be topped by some priceless facial expressions. We tried a few other poses as well, but Drayson wouldn’t have it – he wanted to be held tight, until he fell asleep – but it didn’t last long, and I got a whole 2 shots with the bear this time…

The Stanleys were in town and added a splash of color – each branch of the family dressed in different colored tops! I loved it, I could actually tell who belonged together. Which really helped with this big group: Grandma and Grandpa, their 4 daughters and 2 sons, all of which came with their partners and children, ranging in age from 9 months to 24 years old. Wow! This family was fun and sure kept me busy! Glimpses:

Erica and Jerry came all the way from Philadelphia for an unconventional wedding in our beautiful mountains at the Tannenbaum, which offers a nice view across the Carson Valley. Erica wore a green dress, no cake cutting, no tosses, no dances, all about candids – very relaxed! Nevada Rain out of Reno provided mellow bluegrass, Rollin’ in the Dough Bakery a tall 3-tier, 3-flavor cake, Men Wielding Fire a delicious dinner. It was a perfect day for a great couple who chose only the best – yet again, absolutely stunning and unique florals by Katina with Sierra Floral Designs in gorgeous colors.
